Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.95 and arrives in 2–5 business days. Orders over $100 ship free. We offer expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

We ship from Portland, OR and Rotterdam. International orders typically arrive in 7–14 business days.

Returns

Not quite right? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

1. Email returns@hearthline.co with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, let us know in the same email and we'll process the swap at no extra charge.

Damaged in transit?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it right away — no return required.
